• Analysis of Real Estate in Georgia

Analyzed a large real estate dataset for Georgia, processing over 520,000 data points to find significant market trends and forecast home values, completed data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and visualizations to provide insights such as the dominance of open plot sales and high-value zip codes. To accurately anticipate property prices, we used machine learning models, such as linear regression and random forests. This project uses Python to demonstrate skills in data processing, visualization, and predictive modeling.
