Charge nurse. Delegated assignments, triaged patients, sent out test result notes to the providers, called patients with results, roomed patients, obtained vital signs and data collection. Assisted providers with minor procedures/exams and other back office duties.

Worked as a primary care nurse providing direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit. Duties included full body assessments, medication administrations, treatments, phlebotomy, IV starts, ADL's, order transcription,verbal and written. Patient education. Participated in daily Multiple Disciplinary Rounds with Physicians, Case Managers, Dietary, and Pharmacists.

Ortho Specialty Care- Roomed patients, obtained vital signs and patient history. Removed staples/stitches, cast, and applied DME (Durable Medical Equipment). Drew up injections. Assisted the provider with minor procedures and other relative tasks as needed.
