Service Project Coordination: Led a community service project that successfully created over 200 dog toys and donated more than 110 essential items to Operation Underdog, addressing local animal welfare needs.

Donation Drive Leadership: Organized a donation drive that allocated 110 critical items for Operation Underdog, demonstrating strong project management and community service skills.

Mentorship and Conflict Resolution: Collaborated daily with fellow Project 168 mentors to address challenges, organize activities, and resolve conflicts, promoting a supportive and effective program environment.

• Assisted customers with selecting the appropriate ski size, type, and style based on their skill level and desired terrain.
• Inspected rental equipment for any damage or wear and tear prior to renting out.
• Cleaned and maintained rental skis, boots, poles, bindings, helmets, goggles in accordance with safety regulations.
• Provided customers with detailed instructions on how to use the equipment safely and effectively.
• Instructed customers on proper fitting techniques for ski and snowboard boots and clothing.
