• Migrated a client from our on-premises solution to our AWS cloud solution thus generating over $1M in recurring annual service revenue

• Executed multiple service upgrades for top banks across our financial products which generated us about $250,000 implementation fees each, asides licensing and service costs

• Owned end-to-end professional services delivery for enterprise financial institutions and technology clients, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Flutterwave products.
• Owned program-level commercial and financial governance, including accountability for Statements of Work (SOWs), change control, budget management, and margin performance.

• Delivered cross-border remittance and payment solutions across 10+ countries and currencies, supporting over $300M in monthly transaction volume.
• Obtained the FINCEN Money Transmitter Licenses in the US to enable Flutterwave operate as an MTL agent in 50 states in the US
• Obtained the Fintrac Money Services Business in Canada to enable Flutterwave operate as a payments provider across Canadian regions
• Implemented Send for North America, a remittance product that enables North Americans send money to over ten African countries, UK and EU recipients

• Supported the M&A of two top-tier Nigerian banks using tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project across five African countries
• Supported a core banking and an Omnichannel implementation involving over 50 people in a leading African Bank and its African subsidiaries thus expanding the bank’s processing strength and increasing the group transaction revenue by over 35% across the continent.
