- I admit patients to the ward and use Nursing Care Process to assess, plan and evaluate patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Serving of patients' medications through all the possible routes of drug administration and also monitoring for any reaction to medication
- Checking of patients' vital signs.
- Education of patient on disease conditions as well as medications.
