I have worked in Banking for 10 years.  I have cooked and served food to the public. I have done peoples hair. I have cared for my clients personal needs. All of those things have made me a Customer Service specialist. I have worked for two Deans at Gateway Community College. I have had dealings with many different people from many different cultures. When I worked at Yale University and Yale New Haven Hospital I provided administrative support to Doctors and all kinds of professional peopie.
