During my tenure at Crestwood I have worked many positions, I started my career as a Service Coordinator being a member of the Treatment team working with clients and running therapeutic groups.
I was promoted to Assistant Program Director eventually becoming the Program Director. I oversaw the Program ensuring quality care was provided to our clients by overseeing the Program staff and doing Quality assurance audits.
I eventually became the Clinical Director overseeing Medical Records, doing the Admissions and Discharges and Quality Assurance. And as a member of the Leadership team conducting In-services and Staff meetings.
I started working at Napa State Hospital as a Hospital Worker. During this time I cleaned the Unit, mopping floors, making beds, folding laundry, etc.
I was accepted into a Stipend program to go to school to become a Psychiatic Technician.
Upon getting my PT license I worked taking care of psychiatric clients. Administering meds and doing Treatments. I was a member of the Treatment team monitoring client's well being, and assisting them with all their needs.
