Tracks encumbrances and expenditures, verifies monthly Status of Accounts, identifies and resolves discrepancies, prepares bi-monthly budget status report for director’s review and management staff review. Provides follow-up on outstanding items, verifies accuracy of charges and account numbers, resolves errors. Coordinates catering for various meetings. Follows up with meeting attendees to ensure action items have been completed and initiated as required.
