  • Maintain and monitor Skyward Student Management /Educator Access/Family Access

· Reset passwords for staff

  • Ongoing maintenance and support for Skyward users including troubleshooting/investigating and resolution of issues and coordination with NWRDC
  • Ongoing training in the software, including attending monthly User Forums, annual WASWUG conference and updating information attained to all users (secretaries, principals, counselors, nurses etc.)
  • Attend (or Zoom) weekly NWRDC meetings to review newly released features in software and new OSPI reporting guidelines

  • Oversee building Year End processes and run Year End process at district level for all schools in the summer

  • Serve as a communication liaison between the District and NWRDC.
