Mentored and served as site coordinator for undergraduate pre-service teachers with the focus primarily being classroom management, lesson development for non-traditional learners, and effectively interacting with the "at-promise" student.

Consistently maintained high performance outcomes as evidenced via the reading and mathematics TABE tests as well as the GED tests.

Maintained close working relationships with staff representing various departments to insure student attainment of academic growth,applicable skills for the work place, and self sufficiency.

Set educational standards and goals as well as help establish policies and procedures to carry them out.
