EBMS (Eligibility and Benefit Management Systems) - WPAO

The WPAO project is to support the implementation of the EBMS project and also to help the TDHS staff speed up their processing and troubleshoot their work by generating reports and publishing. It included analysis, validation of the various reports, and required data fixes. It is a workload, process automation, and optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and validation of the various reports, such as CAT reports, SNAP APT analysis, appointment analysis and tracking, task analysis, daily Ops executive reports, etc.
  • Created and updated Oracle SQL queries based on business requests.
  • Most of the recurring reports are automated with Python scripts on a Linux server, and some are with Excel macros.
  • Provided leadership by training team members, monitoring their performance, and validating their work to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data fixes are implemented based on business requests by generating Java batch code and SQL scripts in different environments.

Box – TDHS Document Management System - ECM

  • Led a team in designing and implementing a document management system for DHS, in collaboration with the external vendor, BOX, to store documents and metadata for Family Assistance and Child Care operations.
  • Developed the folder structure, metadata templates, user and group configurations, reports, customized APIs, and a customized customer portal application utilizing Box CLI, Box interface, and Python scripts.

Responsibilities:

  • Created Box download, upload, search metadata, and view document API for several interfaces consuming Box as the document store.
  • Create and update the metadata API for several portals, such as the worker portal, customer portal, provider portal, staff portal, vendor mail, kiosk, and licensing portal.

Legacy System to Modernization Applications

Responsibilities:
