When I Paint or draw or color I use it as form of expression because its hard for me to but my feelings into words so I turn to painting, drawing, or coloring to calm me down and bring me into a safe space were I can freely express myself how words can't describe it. Using Warm,Cool,and Neutral colors help express the emotion I am feeling also mixing and matching colors to make a new shade always excites me because the colors are so beautiful. I've had a passion for art I've always been into drawing and sketching I don't do it as much anymore but the love is still there. My parents bought me an art kit wit sketch pads, numerous colored pencils, clay, pastel chalks so much more I still use it to this day. I Secondly, When I cook or bake I always think of my Mom and Grandma or my Great-Grandma. I basically grew up in the kitchen watching learning, observing, helping these three ladies. I've always had a passion for cooking/baking these things are a skill you either have it and your great at it or you don't. I also see cooking/baking as an art where you can also express yourself through the dishes and desserts you prepare and plate. Cooking and baking teaches you mistakes of what you should use or not use in a dish, take note of whats missing, or what you over used to make it perfect for the next time you prepare a dish.
