· Responsible for leading the daily tasks of others. Making sure coverage is arranged a week in advance. Adjusting as daily needs may change.
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our category managers, promo planners and PLM team members.
· Responsible for reviewing forms for accurate and complete pricing input and maintenance for the team.
· Provide leadership and help with development for team members. Reviewing mid-year and year end performance with each member before final one on ones with manager.
· Work daily with the RDIC PLM team to build confidence in their work and themselves. Making sure they have all the tools needed to complete their job.
· Oversee payroll for the RDIC, making sure weekly hours align and time entries are approved before payroll closes.
· Work alongside fellow lead and managers to address needs in the business, work restructuring or training opportunities.
· Promote a strong team-building atmosphere.
· Create an open space where team members feel comfortable reaching out and asking questions. Finding resolution over a call, making sure they understand the why behind it and working with them until they feel confident.
