- Internal Organizing: Worked with stewards and members to strengthen current union workplaces. Offered classes on importance of orientations for maintaining membership and went to workplaces to enforce orientation contract language (UPS).
- Contract Campaigns. Worked on building up support among members, getting workplaces to support each other, informational meetings for members, made sure membership was up and practice pickets (Coke, Clabber Girl).
- External Organizing: Organized workers to form a union. Met with each worker to explain process, inoculate and get worker support in building union. Worked on GOTV and Contract Proposals/Negotiations (Hallcon, Brickyard, Kroger).
