Under the role of senior software test engineer , I carried out following responsiblities:-

• Participated in the Requirement procurement meetings .
• Study and analyse the user story requirements and interact with BA &/or Dev .
• Created test case design and get the review from BA /product owner.
• Updated the tests in JIRA
• Once user story is developed and deployed to the test environment, validated the completeness and accuracy of the use case developed.
• Record the test results and evidences ; attach them into the JIRA user story.
• Updated the test cycle statuses in the JIRA.
• Documentation.

• Discussed requirements and processes with project managers and developers in the scrum calls
• Collect the test documents and test case design from the manual test team.
• Update the JIRA story with relevant dev plan and work on automating the function usecase.
• Record the test results and evidences ; attach them into the JIRA user story.
• Update the test cycle statuses in the JIRA.
• Participate in Agile Ceremonies - Daily standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective.

Under the role of software engineer , I carried out following responsiblities:-

• Participated in daily call with global team under different timezones.
• Analysed and understood the story requirement , interacted with different team for uniform functional understanding and dependency coverage.(integration systems)
• Created test case design and update on JIRA.
• Setup meetings with BA/ PO for the test case design review.
• Once approved , attached the design in JIRA / HP ALM
• Upon functionality deployment to the test environment, performed the manual testing and record evidences.
• In the following sprints, automated the manual test cases.
