• Stabilized the tech stack post-launch and advised executive leadership on product evolution and operational scaling.

LogisX – CTO

Logistics Marketplace Platform (Flutter)

• Built and launched an MVP logistics marketplace in under 1 month, connecting shippers and carriers directly via real-time job listings and negotiations.
• Integrated live chat, pricing negotiation, and GPS-based tracking to give shippers visibility into active deliveries.
• Designed a light admin backend to verify licensed carriers and approve users, giving the platform instant operational functionality at scale.

• Built the company’s product function from the ground up as its first product manager, leading cross-functional initiatives across customer service, marketing, growth, and supply chain.
• Led a team of 4 developers to build a modern, scalable tech stack on Shopify using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, Vue.js, Docker, and AWS.
• Directed a large-scale website modernization—integrating a CMS, improving UX, and launching a customer account portal—doubling the site’s conversion rate.
