Vision Statement
Every day, Southern Wisconsin Canine Therapy Dog Association canines and their handlers work to provide comfort and care to those in need. Our goal is to motivate, inspire, and comfort those in need. We strive to set the example by having recognized standards, highly educated handlers, and a much sought-after certification program.
Handlers and their dogs provide comfort to residents of nursing homes & assisted living centers, schools, hospitals, juvenile detention centers and domestic abuse shelters-among others.
