I do Health Risk Assessments for insurance companies in the client's home. This includes doing a history and physical exam. I see approximately 30 clients per week.

I provided primary care to clients in the home. I also provided Palliative care. I did this for 13 years on a full time and part time basis.

I worked in a retail setting (Walgreens Clinics) seeing patients for acute care issues. Advocate Medical Group took over this company in 2015 and I made the transition to working for them.
