Accomplishments

My many accomplishments was my dedication of 24 years providing driver licenses, vehicle registration, and other services to public for the Department of Motor Vehicles. During my career I lead a team of 50 employees through the The Real ID process which produced over 700 applications daily during COVID 19 restrictions and the training which lead to the online Virtual Field Offices process.
