Mentored non-tenured teachers to enhance instructional practices and support professional growth. Partnered with PPS team to effectively manage and resolve significant construction challenges following 9/11.
• Director of Willow Grove/ Alternative Day School: Oversaw scheduling and counseling for incoming and transitioning students to enhance program effectiveness. Led disciplinary actions as dean of discipline. Designed curriculum and coordinated bus schedules to optimize student transportation.
