During my three decades in education, I've guided thousands of students through their learning journeys, adapting my teaching methods to meet evolving educational needs and technologies. My experience spans multiple grade levels and subjects, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of how different students learn and grow.

Throughout my 30 years in education, many included extensive experience in special education leadership, I've dedicated my career to ensuring every student receives the support they need to thrive. As a Special Education Department Head, I've developed and implemented comprehensive programs that address diverse learning needs while empowering both students and educators.

My experience encompasses:

• Leading and mentoring special education teams to deliver individualized support and innovative learning solutions
• Creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meaningfully impact student success
• Building collaborative relationships between general education teachers, special education staff, and families
• Developing department-wide systems that ensure compliance while prioritizing student growth
• Advocating for students with diverse needs and abilities across all educational settings.

Throughout my career, I've remained committed to the principle that every student can succeed when given the right tools and support. This philosophy has guided my approach to both classroom teaching and departmental leadership.
