Individual and small group tutoring for close reading, writing, AP, SAT, GRE, LSAT

Recruitment of high schools and students for college credit courses. Collaborated with university academic departments, administration and high schools to establish course offerings and to facilitate teacher approvals. Tripled enrollment in this program. Developed first year program offered through several high schools.

Taught courses in literacy methods and clinic, administration and supervision, mentored interns in teacher education and administration programs

Taught high school classes, supervised ELA program grades preK through 12. Developed curriculum and curriculum maps for all grades. Introduced AP and college courses. Collaborated with Social Studies Department to develop Program for Improved Performance.

Increased passing rate on NYS Regents by 40% in English with similar improvements in NYS exams in Social Studies. Responsible for testing and data analysis at all grade levels and for follow up staff development.

NYS trainer of trainers for ELA tests from Early Literacy Profile through NYS Regents.
