Open a new 209 Fire Reporting System for incidents meeting requirements and update daily following guidelines. Coordinate/communicate with out of area dispatch offices on mobilization, reassignment, and demobilization of resources. Create wildfire reports using internal dispatch programs, update incidents, and submit final incident reports. Order and schedule daily aircraft movement using Electronic Flight Request System (eFRSS) and submit on internal sites for other agencies for their Daily Operation Plan (DOP). Follow aircraft using Automated Flight Following (AFF) and status every 30 minutes. Input weather (WIMS) daily, and spot weather as requested from incidents.
