Implemented care to 14 patients in Outpatient Housing Unit (OHU), by providing education, treatments, I.V. therapy, venipuncture and wound care. Managed approximately sixty (60) employees, and provided in-home nursing for thirty five to forty (35-40) acute care patients, who require vents, g-tubes, trachs., I.V's, J-tubes, breathing treatments, IPPV machines, Bipap machines and blood draws. Managed the overall business operations related to the in-home nursing and patient care, ensuring preparation for JCAHO and Medi-cal state auditors.
