- Supervises team of FEAP consultants to ensure best practice service delivery, compliance with university and FEAP policies and procedures, and support of FEAP consultants
- Sets goals and objectives with EACs to support growth and development
- Monitors performance, coaches EACs and conducts performance reviews
- Provides direct services to employees, family members and UVA organization
- Assessment, clinical intervention, and referral; establishment of community linkages and case management
- Expert consultation and training to organization leadership seeking to manage employees needing assistance, with goal of enhancing work environment and improving employee job performance Critical
- Incident Response
- In collaboration with EAC for Prevention and Education, participation in development of program awareness and behavioral health and wellness education activities
- Provides training and development services to EAP accounts
- Follows clinical and ethical guidelines of Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) and those of corresponding Clinical License (LPC, LCSW, CNS, LMFT)
- Establishes standards for documentation and provides quality control
- Trains new team members on documentation requirements and database use
- Provides feedback to Director on compliance, learning needs and quality of documentation to support measurement of results
- Ensures that staff is efficiently utilized to deliver best practice access to FEAP services, working closely with Sr
- Administrative Coordinator in addressing scheduling issues
- Identifies, recommends, and implements ways to improve services
- Contributes expertise to development and measurement of emerging care and consultative models
- Assists in managing and coordinating FEAP response to emergent situations, in absence or in support of
- EAC for CCC
- Serves as back up to other Clinical Lead
- Responds to external requests on behalf of the Director as assigned.
