Received Staff Honor Cadet Award at a U.S. Navy Sea Cadet Training. During this 9 day training I was an RDC (recruit division commander) of my whole division of 13 girls. All week I got them in line yelled at them only when needed and made sure they were all okay even in that setting so they know someone is there for them. These girls were 10-13 years old and when my other RDC was busy I made sure they wrote letters, showered and took care of their rack and preparing for uniform inspection. I also made sure the staff was treating my cadets correctly and if someone did do something that hurt them I had it taken care of no matter what. I worked very hard and it definitely showed with the progress throughout all the young ladies, we also got honor division which was a top honor. So throughout this training I had a lot of accomplishments but I could not have done all of it without the help of my fellow shipmates.
