For over seven years I worked for A Shade Above Painting as a Secretary Assistant and part time Office
Assistant since 2011-curent for Pacific Painting (small family business). Prepared communications, such
as memos, contracts, estimates, reports and other correspondence; managed accounts, performed
bookkeeping, scheduled estimate appointments, replied to emails and text messages. I also have
experience in working for State, Healthy Families and Medical Program. As a Customer Service
Representative, I was receiving and placing customer service telephone calls. Maintained solid customer
relationships by handling questions and concerns, provided information to applicants about our
program and guidelines with speed and professionalism. As Data Entry Specialist, transferred data from
hard copy/digital to our database. My duties included collecting client's information, maintaining and
organizing filing system and reviewing data for completeness and accuracy. Verified outdated data and
made any necessary changes to records. I have excellent oral and written communication skills and I am
able to work successfully alone or in group settings.
I have successfully held positions that required working under extreme pressure, while maintaining
complete confidentiality, professionalism and accuracy. I’m a very motivated, trustworthy and dedicated
person and always put extra attention to detail and able to finish a job without any supervision. I'm
bilingual English/Russian speaking, reading, writing. I believe I have the qualifications you need and are
