I am an experienced human service professional with supervisory experience and a talent for making new position's work for the benefit of the participant's and the staff. I am currently successfully working as a job coach at the VRC, where this program manager job is being offered. I highly respect my manager, director's, vocational counselor's and coworker's and look forward to serving our participant's in new area's starting this new year!

As I read over the job description for this position of Program Manager, I realized that I have already performed many of the posted requirements that the position calls for, with still room to learn and be challenged. My teaching and social worker background have given me the opportunity to perform many of these tasks.

I developed an Adult Training Program, with individualized training programs for adult developmentally disabled, where I set up classes for group home client's transitioning, as well as for community based client's. Along with this, I trained and supervised staff as well as served as the liaison for team professionals as well as representing the company to the public at National Conventions and in the community.

Besides having 5 years work experience with this agency, and meeting all of the posted qualifications for this job, my education and former work experiences have helped me acquire what I believe are all of the necessary requirements needed to successfully serve as this Program Manager within NeuroRestorative.
