I believe that teachers and coaches have an amazing impact and influence on the students they come in contact with I strongly believe that not only is teaching the material and coaching the sport important, but instilling strong values in each student and player Creating a strong culture in both settings is crucial to the success of each individual including: respect, good attitude, teamwork, responsibility, integrity, honestly, and loyalty I believe in building relationships with my students and players that make success graspable, continually pushing each other and myself to be the best we can be in all aspects
