I did redlining of P&ID's and made any corrections of any displaced valve, gauges, process piping and instrumentation as needed as part of the startup process of of this unit. Oversee the process of boilers and cooling tower equipment and SMR reformer unit to ensure proper adjustments and operating within parameters. Daily logs and hourly checks on process flow, temperatures, and overall production of the unit. Houring checks on co-gen operations to ensure performance and safe operation.   • Chemical Handling in manufacturing Acrylic Polymers. I do manual adds for pre emulsion mix tank set up for reactor feeds. Control room for operations of PLC (HMI) computer programs (Rockford/scada) for controlling reactor jacket temps, feed rates, water adds and valves to control exotherm and chemical reaction over a period of time and to ensure no abnormalities. Boiler control operations for for heating of water and reactor jackets, and making sure that boiler is operating within parameters. Lab work on all products, PH, particle size, GC, solids, density, and BAC test to insure quality. In charge of all offloading of our rail cars to insure OSHA, DOT safety and procedures are followed. insure proper maintenance and operations of our boiler,heater skids,chiller and cooling tower. ( psm's) Preventive maintenance on all equipment, diaphragm and centrifugal pumps. Oversee operations to insure that batching is done correctly and on time. Did all reports for lead shift logs for shift turn over and weekly reports for production and inventory. Maintain RO water system for production and to insure water quality.
