Project Manager in an environmental laboratory where analytical tests are performed to identify contaminants such as organics (VO, BNA, Pesticides, PCBs, etc.) and inorganic (metals analyses and wet chemistry analyses).


Maintain assigned client accounts, coordinate with sales department relative to incoming projects. Interface with clients on a daily basis to resolve questions or problems. Heavy client contact through phone and email via Microsoft Outlook.


Process and track incoming orders (Logins) through LIMS software (Laboratory Information Management System) and ensure NJDEP compliance of client requests in a timely fashion and in accordance with proper EPA/DEP analytical methods. Review login reports for accuracy.


Identify and subcontract out analyses not performed in-house, coordinate with sample receiving on courier scheduling, issues with the condition of samples upon receipt and scheduling bottle orders for clients.


Interact with laboratory regarding results of analyses, rush requests, problem resolution and client inquiries. Activate contingent analyses (based on results received) as requested by client.


Prioritize samples and/or reports based on client needs. Transmit client results vial email using LIMS.

Track and process incoming orders (Logins) by entering the Chain-of-Custody (COC) into the LIMS software (Laboratory Information Management System) in a timely manner and in accordance with all project specific requirements.
