  • My name is Anna Rovinsky, and I am currently 46 years old. I met Roman Bortko in May 2021 while I was living in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico waiting for my U.S. house to be built and divorce process from her 1st husband. Roman was on holiday with his friend Patryck at the same time. On Sunday May 19, 2021, I was at Mamitas Beach with my parents and two gentlemen sat next to us for over half the day. They were noticeable because both were extremely burnt like lobsters and my mom suggested I give them our sunscreen. I did not give them sunscreen as it appeared too late.
  • The next Saturday, May 22, 2021, I was again on the beach. This guy ran up to where we were setting up our red umbrella and introduced himself as Roman and asked if I remember him? I said of course, they sat next to us last Sunday very burnt. We exchange phone numbers and Roman invited me to afternoon lunch as he’s going home the next day.
  • We met later that afternoon at 4pm and for an hour, had a nice conversation, Anna did most of the talking. Anna invited Roman to visit the U.S. since he’s never been.
  • After Roman returned to Europe, he messaged Anna. About two weeks later Roman booked his flights to come to U.S. December 2021 for Christmas and New Year holidays.
  • Anna & Roman continued the long-distance relationship, Anna decided to visit Roman in September 2021. In November 2021 Roman invited Anna to visit for Easter 2022. Both made plans to see each other every two – three months.
  • At Easter 2022, Roman proposed to Anna on top of a mountain in Poland. Anna & Roman had a long engagement and finally got married last year in 2024.

Current Residence and Work

  • Anna lives in Sewell, New Jersey and takes care of her parents, Beem and Joe. Anna has a younger sister, Nancy, who lives in NYC. Anna works remotely as an ERP System Administrator at Eastridge Workforce Solutions, Inc. where corporate office is located in San Diego, CA for 9.5 years. Anna’s annual salary is $148,000 USD. Prior to this, she was a technology consultant since the age of 26.

Early Life

Anna Bich Nguyen (maiden name) was born in Vietnam on December 1, 1978. She came to the United States when she was six years old with her Mom, Dad and sister. Anna and her family were the ‘boat people’ who left Vietnam by boat after the war to seek a better life. They arrived in United States in 1984, and their first home was in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
