Anna Savey

• Was able to pray for colleagues and patients before starting my day
• Provided patient-centered care while showing compassion and patience
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to create individual, patient-centered treatment plans
• Established strong relationships with patients and families, fostering trust and collaboration
• Increased patient care by maintaining open lines of communication with families regarding progress updates
• Advocated for patients' needs

I had the opportunity to fill a need in Utah Valley. Jesus opened the door for me to be able to serve in an area that is close to my heart and in great need. The Lord worked through me to do the following and more:

• Point others towards a relationship with the Lord
• Share the gospel
• Serve college student-athletes
• Help organize and equip student leaders to lead our discussions/small groups
• Equip student-athletes to read the bible
• Foster relationships and create disciples
• Encourage and empower student-athletes to be bold in their faith on and off the field/court/etc.
• Provide a safe space for the student-athletes to ask questions and be open about where they're at/their struggles and victories.
• Help student-athletes recognize their gifts both on and off the field and giving the glory to our Father.
• Cultivate connections with coaches/staff

While attending Augustana University, the Lord worked in and through me to change my heart. The Lord redeemed me, and led me to serve as a non-student athlete for Augustana FCA.

• Worked with our leader and other student leaders to plan huddles and organize events for the year
• Led FCA Women's bible study
• Fostered relationships with students and student-athletes
• Served and poured into others
• Shared the gospel
• Helped with the FCA retreat
• Walked alongside peers in their faith journey
• Led some of our FCA huddles

I was blessed to get to go from being a camper in high school to being a huddle leader during college.

• Build relationships with coaches, peers, and campers attending
• Be an example of how to glorify the Lord in sports through the gift/abilities he has blessed us with
• Mentor/disciple the girls in my group
• Share the gospel
• Get my girls from one place to another (hopefully on time)
• Lead discussions centered around Jesus and the sermon of the night
• Create a safe space for the girls in my group to ask questions and talk through hardships
• Pray for and over coaches, peers, and campers
• Serve coaches, peers, and campers however needed
