As a second-year Political Science and Journalism student at Loyola University Chicago, I am passionate about understanding how the media and politics intersect. My coursework has given me a strong foundation in political theory, research methods, and media ethics. I have also honed my writing skills through various journalism courses, where I have covered topics ranging from local politics to environmental issues. Outside of the classroom, I am an active member of the Loyola community. I am a member of the Loyola Phoenix, our student-run newspaper, where I have served as a staff news writer. Looking towards the future, I am excited to continue exploring how media and politics impact our world. I am eager to apply the skills and knowledge I have gained through my education and experiences to a career in political activism and journalism.
