As a leader, I have maintained organization, upheld standards, and collaborated effectively to keep operations running smoothly. I am passionate about advocating for equal educational experiences/opportunities, and I am eager to contribute this to the counseling and education fields. My problem-solving skills have been sharpened through handling customer concerns professionally, emphasizing active listening, which is a crucial skill in counseling. Additionally, my experience in stress management from the restaurant environment equips me to stay composed and positive under pressure. During my clinical hours in the classroom, I received praise and built strong connections with students, further enhancing my classroom knowledge and empathy. In the classroom, I applied problem-solving skills to actively engage student groups and facilitate successful learning. I supported students in overcoming classroom challenges by providing content explanations to resonate with individual personally.
