• Manage reservations and guest placement during high volumes, while also providing team support to the wait staff. Maintain knowledge of menu items, garnishes, ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests with menu selection. Apply safe food handling and optimal cleaning strategies to protect customers from food borne illness and maintain proper sanitation.
