I was responsible for the care of 8 children daily with ages ranging from 6 weeks up until 2.5 years. I planned and implemented age appropriate activities to enhance learning. Also making sure that daily needs were met, feeding, changing and any special needs they required. I was responsible for supervising, training and communication with other staff members. Communication with parents daily through conversations and daily notes. I wrote 2 yearly evaluations for each child's individual accomplishments and use these to plan for their individual needs.
