Successfully serving a roster of 7 youth in elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Cultivated trusting relationships with youth, their families, teachers and school staff, and community members and agencies.

Creatively plan and execute weekly outings with youth that help teach them life skills, healthy habits, social and emotional learning, interpersonal relationships, school success, and help youth to find and develop their spark.

Exercise good judgement in various situations and environments under varying levels of stress while practicing compassion and patience with our team, youth and families.

Thrive as a team player with strong written and verbal skills, but also while working independently in diverse environments with little to no supervision.

Develop, maintain. and follow at least four Roadmap Goals per youth per year.
