Successfully serving a roster of 7 youth in elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Cultivated trusting relationships with youth, their families, teachers and school staff, and community members and agencies.

Creatively plan and execute weekly outings with youth that help teach them life skills, healthy habits, social and emotional learning, interpersonal relationships, school success, and help youth to find and develop their spark.

Develop interventions for youth scoring below grade level to help support them in getting closer to and reaching grade level in reading.

Recruited, trained, and scheduled volunteers for Sunday mornings, Wednesday evening groups, and special events for ages birth - 18 years.

Researched, planned and prepared curriculum for Sunday morning and Wednesday evening programming.

Researched and planned annual Vacation Bible School.

Planned and lead annual Harvest Party, Christmas and Easter programming.

Collaborated with other ministries to help plan and support events.

Tracked, maintained, and stayed within several budget areas for the youth and children's ministries annually.

Supported parents and guardians with annual Parent/Guardian Night Out events and one on one support/mentoring when needed.

Taught children and youth on Sunday, Wednesday, and special events.
