• Senior Technologist CT/ MRI Lab- Manage all daily operations of the lab- staff schedules/ patient schedules, timekeeping, billing
• Develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, services and initiatives within the department
• Manage multiple and complex issues on day-to-day basis
• Responsible for assistance in leading and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives with departments to improve customer satisfaction
• Precepting of new staff members, residents, fellows and visiting physicians- share professional/ technical expertise
• MRI Safety training representative for all staff in Non- Invasive Lab
• Technical Director for the accreditation of CT/ MR Lab- ICAMRL, ACR, ODH
• Collects/ distributes and reports all monthly/ quarterly QA/ QC results at appropriate level
• Assist w/ development of departmental policies/ procedures
• Responsible for coordinating/ training/ supervising all imaging technologists performing clinical research
• Educates and councils staff regarding quality control
• Write/ review all staff annual evaluations
• Build/ maintain protocols
• Assists with implementation of new software systems and upgrades
• Leadership skills- team building, conflict management, accountability/ corrective action
