  • Manage 525k sq ft facility, spanning across 2 shift to include Fulfillment Operations, Customer Care Operations, & Business Analytics.
  • Responsible for development & management of annual budget for the Fulfillment Operations and Customer Care teams to include monthly reviews with the Finance Team, Controller, and CFO. I was able to reduce the Fulfillment costs from over 9% down to 4.7% and the Customer Care Team costs from 2.7% to 1.1% of net revenue through renegotiating contracts, eliminating unnecessary expenditures, restructuring the leadership & support teams to align with the business needs, driving process improvements, and improving technological support to eliminate manual processes.
  • Parnter with all teams both in the Fulfillment Center and cross-functionally at the headquarters in LA to improve internal process flows, customer experience, front end site development based on customer feedback, and driving strong & open communication with all teams.
  • Mentor leadership to support their continued growth and in depth understanding of the business allowing them to independently identify areas of opportunity as well as driving succession planning and cross training of all teams.
  • Managed WMS & PTL Implementation in 2015 to provide improved systems support and introduce automation to the OB processes. This brought a monthly savings of 45K/mo to the Fulfillment Operations P&L by eliminating the recurring cost of the current WMS. We also gained the ability to configure our WMS software in-house so we were able to better control and implement new processes as our business needs evolved.
  • Developed Quality Control and Charge-back program for non-compliant Vendors shipping Inbound receipts to the FC which allowed us to reduce the Vendor Non-Compliance Rate from 85% to 10% over a 7 month period. This not only had a positive impact on our IB variable labor cost but improved our inventory accuracy rate and associated costs from mis-ships to customers. We were able to partner with our Vendors to support the transition and offset the costs of the program through the charge-back funds received for those who were unable or unwilling to become compliant.
  • Implemented Chat platform for our Customer Care team to better support Customer needs and improved response times as well as increase our concurrent contact handling rate from 2.4 to 5.3.
  • Sourced a new multi-channel platform for our Customer Care team, which currently works across 10+ channels at any given time, to ease customer handling, improve efficiency in handling, and reduce cost by 35%.
