Responsible for overall administration, performance and program oversight. Supervised 2 team leaders and case managers, compiled and reviewed statistical information, reporting, and provided follow-up as needed to staff to ensure all programming goals were met. Oversaw staff development through in-depth trainings, team meetings, review of service documentation and performance feedback. Referred individuals to appropriate team members. Worked with community providers including therapeutic consultation services, residential providers, day support providers, families and individuals to link individuals with supports and services based on ISP outcomes. Provided administrative and clinical oversight to a team of 0utpatient clinicians and case managers. Provided outpatient counseling and case management, with focus on children experiencing emotional/developmental/behavioral disorders. Developed/implemented program policies/procedures, provided in-home behavioral therapy through EPSDT under clinical supervision of Licensed Behavior Analyst.

Developed program policies/procedures and systems for the continual review of service processes. Ensured program was operated in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local Regulations. Established and monitored performance standards for directly supervised staff. Facilitated multidisciplinary developmental evaluations of infants and toddlers, using standard screening and assessment tools. Developed Individualized Family Service Plans, provided support coordination for service linkage and monitoring.
