• Wound care including simple surgical incisions, diabetic foot ulcers, stasis ulcers, stage 1-4 decubitus ulcers, deep non-healing wounds with tunnels and undermining, severe lymphedema , wound vac therapy dressings.
• Performed intermittent IV therapy (maintain PICC lines, portacath access, weekly site care, dressing changes) and instructed patient/caregivers how to administer IV medications via pump or gravity, SASH method of flushing, general care.
• Performed and instructed oncology patients requiring PEG tubes (feeding, meds, site care) and new colostomies (stoma care, peristomal skin care, application of appliance/ troubleshooting leaks and poor adhesion problems).
• Performed catheter care (foley/suprapubic), insertion, monthly cath changes, intermittent straight catheterization.

Home Health, home visits

• Administration of IV antibiotics, TPN, epidural infusions via pump, line care.

• Provided nursing care to medically fragile children in private/foster homes, respite care. (Cared for an infant born with spina bifida, hydrocephalus, bladder and intestines outside the body, and ambiguous genitaliarequired central line for TPN, both a colostomy and urostomy, several shunt surgeries.)
• Provided nursing care for infants and toddlers with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, severe seizure disorders, ventilator dependent tracheostomy care, PEG tubes
• Provided nursing care to a variety of adult patients, some terminal with palliative care.
