• Screened and advised potential applicants, enrolled and placed candidates
• Built and maintained relationships with mentor teachers, administrators, and participating school districts across the state as well as allied community-based organizations
• Developed professional development focused on co-teaching and mentoring
• Coordinated data collection / reporting to NYSED; communicated with Student Accounts, Financial Aid, Office of Research and Sponsored Programs to manage grant budget
