During my time as a varsity football manager, I built strong connections with players and coaches, which helped create a positive and efficient team environment. I became someone the coaches could rely on for accuracy, consistency, and clear communication. I took initiative, stayed organized under pressure, and supported the team in ways that helped practices run smoother and game days stay on track. My ability to stay focused, work well with others, and handle important tasks independently made me a trusted part of the program.
