  • Implement therapy for students diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, , Hearing Impairment, Apraxia of Speech, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
  • Administer standardized, dynamic, and informal assessments.
  • Evaluate and treat fluency disorders, receptive/expressive delays, and articulation/phonology delays or disorders.
  • Conduct push-in life skills lessons in te self-contained functional classroom students age 11-21.
  • Conduct small group and individualized therapy activities, based on differentiated learning needs.
  • Evaluate and properly document effects of therapy treatment activities and adjust therapy plans to achieve maximum benefit.
  • Complete computerized Medicaid billing, Individualized Educational Plans (IEP), Progress Reports, and Re-evaluations within proper timelines.

  • Using Everyday Speech Curriculum, teach Social-Emotional lessons to students age 11-21.
  • Maintain well organized student files and documentation of services provided.
  • Prepare materials specifically designed to benefit of individual students.
  • Supervise graduate clinicians providing mentoring, feedback, and ongoing evaluations while monitoring diagnostic reports, treatment records, and plans of treatment.
