Annette showed tremendous leadership in managing the Experience the Change project. Due to a very aggressive deadline, Annette meticulously executed her strategy with a detailed design plan that she used throughout the project to keep deliverables on track and client partners accountable. She was faced with challenges such as scope creep and lack of participation from client partners. She flawlessly navigated these challenges, met her deadline, and delivered an amazing design project. The client Director (Mike Elli) personally thanked Annette for her hard work. While working on Experience the Change project, she kept up with other redesign training due dates and tasks. Annette went above and beyond for this high-profile project.
