Coordinated the implementation of the MakeWay Programme, as the position required being the liaison between the funder and the 5 consortium organizations

• The work involved; observing the deliverables, timelines, budget in compliance with consortium guidelines, contributing to the consortium in the development and yearly adaptation of the country-specific Theory of Change, work plans, M&E plans, lobby and advocacy plans, selection of partner CSOs, compliance to FAWEZA procedures
• Lead on internal assessments and recommended capacity building needs including but not limited to the status of intersectionality of FAWEZA programming, frameworks and procedures
• Built capacity of the Local CSOs
• Monitored systems to ensure the highest quality of the programme implementation, risk management and reporting
• Guided on building and strengthening alliances with SRHR actors, advocates with youth, traditional and non-traditional SRHR allies and partners
• Lead in lobbying and advocacy to widen the civic space for Zambian marginalized youths in all their diversity and worked closely with the other teams to amplify and sustain voice as the youth demand the realization of their Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights
• Provided technical input in funding proposals for project and FAWEZA’s SRHR work
• Contributed to the development of relationships with partner organizations
• Undertake any other actions/duties in support of the programmes’ delivery that may be deemed necessary for the timely implementation and monitoring of programs
• Was the Liaison between the Zambian Consortium and Wemos (Primary recipient of the funding from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in The Netherlands)

• Built capacity (lecturing) in Research and statistical methods in Nursing Science, Had classes of 200 students each semester.
• Setting and marking of Tests, assignments and examinations each semester.
• Monitored, supervised and marking of approximately 20 research proposals and reports per semester.
• Stated ethical standards of research activities and project proposals in Research Methods in Nursing
• Preparation/review of work manuals and procedures and related documentation

• Monitored all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output in the 10 clinic catchment areas in Livingston District of Zambia.
• Monitored the sustainability of the project results, was able to enter over 200 entries a month.
