Coordinated the implementation of the MakeWay Programme, as the position required being the liaison between the funder and the 5 consortium organizations

  • The work involved; observing the deliverables, timelines, budget in compliance with consortium guidelines, contributing to the consortium in the development and yearly adaptation of the country-specific Theory of Change, work plans, M&E plans, lobby and advocacy plans, selection of partner CSOs, compliance to FAWEZA procedures
  • Lead on internal assessments and recommended capacity building needs including but not limited to the status of intersectionality of FAWEZA programming, frameworks and procedures
  • Built capacity of the Local CSOs
  • Monitored systems to ensure the highest quality of the programme implementation, risk management and reporting
  • Guided on building and strengthening alliances with SRHR actors, advocates with youth, traditional and non-traditional SRHR allies and partners
