Proficient in gathering details, listening skills and professional weekly report writing. Works closely and effectively with Manage Care Organizations (MCO's) The Bureau (DMC's ) and  all levels of hierarchy.

Prepared the injured worker to confidently re-enter the work force. Held a high return to work rate within the Ohio BWC system and the highest in the state for 2014 according to the Ohio BWC system.
