During one of my first times on a discussion and education call, i unexpectedly had over 12 people on the phone with me, including a lawyer and a hospice medical director. Normally, there is only the physician or one other person. I was able to handle every question timely and professionally and prove the correct knowledge about their documentation and billing requirements. The co-worker on the phone with me who was taking notes submitted the rave in recognition of how hard that situation was and how well i handled the rare incident.
Another one for service excellence, responsible stewardship, effective collaboration, and integrity. For stepping up into a "senior" role when others had questions and the seniors were not available. "Kind, supportive education and guidance to those on the team. A1 collaboration"
