With over 16 years of experience working in Central Appalachia in a variety of professional settings, I bring a unique combination of experiences and skills to the position. I have a background in community outreach, as well as a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges of building a strong workforce of rural healthcare providers.
I possess advanced administrative skills, an ability to work in a variety of on site and remote settings, comfortability working with a wide scope of individuals, team and volunteer coordination skills, and a strong and enthusiastic willingness to learn and grow my knowledge in the field. I have a strong commitment to the region, and to supporting our healthcare workforce.
